LoveLinkAI is an AI-powered entertainment platform that provides fictional companion characters for conversational purposes. All characters are entirely fictional AI personas. This service is for entertainment purposes only.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By creating an account or using LoveLinkAI, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that accessing adult-oriented content is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Content Disclaimer

All content generated by LoveLinkAI characters is AI-generated and does not depict real persons. Content may be suggestive or mature in nature but is not explicitly pornographic. You understand that all interactions are simulated and do not constitute real relationships.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time. This is standard for digital subscription services.

5. User Content

Messages you send through the platform ("User Content") may be used to improve AI responses and the overall service experience. User Content is processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. You retain ownership of your messages but grant LoveLinkAI a license to use them for service improvement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use LoveLinkAI to:

Attempt to generate content involving minors
Harass, abuse, or threaten others
Violate any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
Share account credentials with others

7. Service Availability

LoveLinkAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability
